Overview


Which formats can I download my designs in?

Premium, Business and Enterprise users can download any of their designs from the Venngage editor in the following formats:

  • PNG (Portable Network Graphic)

  • PNG HD (High Definition Portable Network Graphic)

  • Powerpoint

  • HMTL

Business and Enterprise users can download any of their designs in PDF and Interactive PDF.

Free users can share up to 5 designs publicly in an HTML format. They can't download their designs.


How do I download?

Select the design you want to print. You can do this from a new design you create, or any of the following pages:

Click Edit on your selected design.

From the 'My Designs' page, a Venngage user clicks 'Edit' on their design. The page loads the design in the Venngage editor.

Click Download on the top right corner of the editor, and select a file type:

  • PNG or PNG HD

  • PowerPoint

In the Venngage editor, a user clicks the 'Download' icon. An overlay with a list of format options titled 'Choose a format' appears. The user selects PDF and clicks the green Download button.

Your file will be saved in the selected format to the Downloads folder (or other folder you've designated) on your personal device.

Follow the same process to download PDFs. Select the design you want to print. You can do this from a new design you create, or any of the following pages:

Click Edit on your selected design.

Click Download on the top right corner of the editor, and select a PDF file type.

  • Clickable hyperlinks (works only for "naked" links that show the full URL, e.g., 'www.google.com')

  • Lossless resolution

  • Great for standard printing

Interactive PDF

  • Document style commonly used for text and visual elements; allows for interactive elements to be embedded and displayed in a digital format

  • SEO friendly

  • Lossless image quality and resolution

  • Clickable hyperlinks (works for links embedded in text as well as "naked" links)

  • Supports interactive embeds (Youtube videos, GIFs) in a digital format

PowerPoint

  • Document type with a collection of visuals-focused slides and speaker notes

  • Great for standard printing

  • Easy to import into a presentation app (with speaker notes)

  • Supports interactive embeds (Youtube videos, GIFs) in a digital format

HTML

  • Optimized for web graphics

  • SEO friendly

  • Clickable hyperlinks

  • Lossless resolution

  • Supports interactive embeds (Youtube videos, GIFs) in a digital format

  • Can be embedded in email body or used with an email service provider
